“ Start from the main point, food. Very fresh and good food, from meat to seafood and vegetables are very tasty! All the waiters are kind, helpful, they explained us step by step how to cook the food in the proper way! Thanks to George and AK The place is near the Niagara falls, easy to reach. Good music! Hope to come back one day! ”
“ This place was awesome, staff were so friendly! Loved the social aspect of grilling your own meats/vegetables at the table. The have lots of cooked items as well. The cucumber salad was also really good. Tons of options to choose from for grilling. My favorite was the marinated beef, shrimp, clams, chicken thighs mushrooms, ok fine it was all good. It is all you can eat, so we tried quite a few menu items. There weren't any that I didn't like. You are limited on your seating time to two hours, they do give you a last call for orders. Honestly we were full quite a while before the last call. Desserts were pretty good too, and included in the price. I would definitely go again. ”
“ This place offers all-you-can-eat BBQ with great service. The staff were attentive and quick to bring out food and anything else we needed, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. The marinated short rib was unfortunately very tough and not something I would recommend. However, the brisket and prime rib were excellent—tender and flavorful. The vegetables were fresh, and I appreciated the inclusion of Korean ssamjang and cold noodles, both of which I really enjoyed. One downside was the bibimbap, which had an off smell and wasn’t enjoyable. That said, the overall selection was solid—you just need to choose the right items that suit your taste. ”
“ We had an amazing experience on Mother's Day and wanted to let others know. The food was fresh and delicious. Cooking at the table was extremely fun. But even better than the food was the service, really attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dinner. Highly recommend Niku!! ”
“ Everything was amazing for me and my friends first visit yesterday! The staff were so nice and polite, especially our server Kevin who helped us with showing us how to use the grill. The food and social atmosphere were great as well! And this is coming from a picky eater, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely be coming back tomorrow again. please let staff know they were amazing and made our day better with how kind and easy to talk they were! I absolutely love this place! ”
“ Just wanted to share - we had an AMAZING date night at Niku Japanese BBQ in Niagara Falls. We had never experienced this type of dining before. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, Kevin even did a demonstration for us and got us started with the cooking at our table. It was so fun!!! And the food was delicious. Fresh and tasty. Highly recommend! It’s about 55/adult on weekends for all you can eat. And if you ask the hostess for a parking pass you can park next door at the Quality Inn. ”
“ This place is awesome! It is within walking distance of the main viewing area for the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and very much worth the walk. The food was absolutely amazing! It's a buffet and Japanese style grilling experience. In the center of the table is a grill where you cook your choice of various cuts of meat, mushrooms, seafood, and vegetables. All the cuts of meat were fresh and already bite sized. The same went with all the other food options too. The amount of food they bring out at a time is also not overwhelming so you'll have the ability to try many different things without having to be rolled out of the restaurant. Or if you really like one particular thing, you can just keep ordering it repeatedly. Definitely try the custom dry-rub that Niku has! It's smokey with a great not-hot pepper flavor that goes amazingly well with the beef brisket and pork belly cuts. It even goes with squid and oyster mushrooms too! You'll find yourself putting it on everything! The service was also amazing! The servers are very personable and get that balance right with being perfectly attentive without being like a helicopter mom. They have a really great list of different sake if you're into that, and have plenty of other drink options too with a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks as well. Definitely try the desert too! They have everything from creme brulee, to a mango puree dessert, but the favorite of my girlfriend and I was the chocolate fondue! Seriously, try that, and specifically, try the marshmallows that come with the chocolate fondue. With the grill, you can get some amazing smore action going. We had to fight for self-control before we went through a whole bag of marshmallows: it was that good. The decore and vibe of the restaurant is also great, with everything from anime posters in the foyer and waiting area, to paintings of samurai cats in the style of medieval Japanese murals. It's a great place to come eat and you'll walk away full and very very satisfied. So please, enjoy the view of the Falls, and when you're hungry, enjoy the nice weather and a walk to a great restaurant, with great food, great atmosphere, and great service. ”
“ Meal here was phenomenal, as was the service. Good selection of meat, sides and sweets. I especially liked the beef brisket & the cold noodles. The service, as mentioned before, was impeccable - Danny was my waiter and was incredibly personable and attentive - i didn’t go a moment without food in front of me. Overall, I’d recommend this restaurant. For what you’re paying, the experience is absolutely worth it. ”
